Not surprising why kids today misbehave

How do you expect kids to listen to their parents as Tarzan lives half naked, Cinderella comes back home at midnight, Pinocchio lies all the time Aladdin is the king of thieves, Batman drives at 320KM/h, Sleeping beauty is lazy and Snow white lives with 7 guys. We shouldn’t be surprised if kids misbehave at times! They get this from their own storybooks!

    Well, those are WESTERN story books. I believe quite some Asian children stories are quite some different.

    Like story of peseverance:
    1. How to get a needle from a rod.
    2. Jian-tai-gong moves the mountain.
    3. ... You fill the rest...

    Anyway what you mentioned is simply taking things out of the context.

    As what our members of white shirt and white pants would say, "Singaporeans, you must look at it from the big picture."

    "I was quoted out of context". We must remember that most of our kids use disney channel teen stars as role models. And they r the ones who read those books mah. For those who use asian role models, just take a look at any episode of korean drama, japanese drama. The good looking leads are more cool because they raisevtheir voice at their parents and they bully the weaker ones. It's not even helping that the more evil the guy, the more good looking he is.
